How do we get started?
The first step is to fill out the contact form and send us the following
  • Sketch / Paper Drawings / Reference Drawings
  • Local Libraries
  • Required project completion date
  • How to send the files and in what format?

    You can e-mail your drawings along with instructions to us at files@rempaqcad.com or upload them onto our (secure) FTP server or extranet. We will provide you with a unique password and ID to access our FTP server or extranet.

    The files can be sent in any graphic format, such as TIFF, JPEG or even PDF. Paper drawings can also be couriered to our office at Rempaq Inc., 23, Hunderfund Lane, NY 10965.

    What drawing standards are followed?

    We stick to Drawing Standards as prescribed by you. However we can also use default standards such as AIA guidelines.

    How do we communicate?

    In what resolution should the paper drawings be scanned?

    The paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 DPI - 200 DPI, however make sure the scanned information is clear and legible.

    Can drawings be sent through fax?

    We do not encourage drawings to be faxed because of loss of quality and information while faxing.

    Do you spell-check the drawings?

    Yes, we are inclined to maintain quality of the drawings, be it text or any other information. However we may need a glossary or interpretation of architectural terminology if the language is other than English.

    How do you ensure security of data?

    We follow strict protocols to ensure confidentiality and security of data and details sent to us by our clients.

    What are the payment options and how may the payment be made?

    • Based on the quote we send you, you deposit 25% of the amount with us as an advance
    • When 50% of the work is over, you pay us another 25%
    • When 75% of the work is over, you pay us another 25%
    • When 100% of the job is over and you accept it, you pay the balance 25%
    Preferred payment options include Electronic Funds Transfer, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Company Checks, Money orders, Cashier’s checks denominated in U.S dollars.
