Outsourcing Process

There are many ways you can send your files to us. You can send paper drawings to our office by courier, e-mail your files (drawings) along with instructions and scope of work to us at files@rempaqcad.com or upload them onto our (secure) FTP server or extranet.


     When you upload files to the FTP sever…

1. We create space for you on our ftp server; we send you a username, password and ftp client program with instructions for use
2. You upload your documents to the ftp server
3. We study your documents and ask any questions we may have by email; you give us answers
4. We draft and upload the output to the ftp server
5. You download the output from the ftp server, inspect it, mark corrections (if any) and upload the redlined drawing to the ftp server
6. We download the redlined drawing from the ftp server, incorporate the changes, and upload the final drawing to the ftp server
7. You download the drawing from the ftp server
   We can also burn a CD for the customers and courier it if the files are very large.

Converting / Drafting / Detailing / Drawings/Modeling in desired CAD format and standards

Via email/ FTP to client in the CAD format

Printing/Plotting in desired format at client end. Checking and marking with desired changes/comments. Scanning the marked drawings.

Via email/ FTP or courier

Final corrections / Markings / changes to be carried out as per instructions. Checking by architects and engineers before the final drawings are sent to the client.

Via email/ FTP to client

Drawings/Design/ Models in desired format and standards to client for final use.
